Q:  What does 'Grounds Access' mean?

A:  Grounds Access simply means that you will be permitted in the gates and will have access to all public areas that don't require further credentialing (Sky Boxes, Clubhouse or Corporate Hospitality areas).


Q:  How does your printed ticket work?

A:  It’s fast, easy and convenient!

  • Purchase your tickets using the online process and be certain to enter a valid email address.  You will receive a link to open your tickets.  From there you can print your tickets.
  • To print your tickets, you can use the link on your order confirmation page or the link in your email confirmation. If you are ready to print immediately, follow the link on your order confirmation page. If you would like to wait to print your order, you can print using the link in your email confirmation. 
  • Present your printed page at the admissions tent once you arrive to the event and it will be scanned allowing you access to the tournament grounds.

Q:  How does your printed 'Champions Club' ticket work?

A:  Present your printed page at the Champions Club desk in the admissions tent where your ticket will be scanned and exchanged for a credential. Your credential will allow you to access the Champions Club located inside Vair's Lounge of the clubhouse. Note that children aged 17 and under are admitted free to the tournament grounds; however, require a credential to enter the Champions Club or any other hospitality venue on site. Junior Champions Club tickets can be purchased for $20.

Q:  Do I need any special hardware or software to print my ticket?

A:  You probably already have everything you need:  Printer- Any inkjet or laser printer (color or black & white) with a resolution of 300 dpi or more. Use 8.5” x 11” size plain white paper for best results. Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher. If you don’t have this PDF reader, download it here for free.


Q:   What if I don’t have a printer?

A:   Simply contact our office and we will arrange to have your tickets sent to you by mail or stop by and we can print them while you are here.

 

Q:   Is there another way to purchase tickets rather than online?

A:  You can call our office at 519-884-5742 and ask for assistance with purchasing tickets. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the gate.

 

Q:  Will this ticket be accepted for entry into the event?

A:  Yes! The ticket that is printed through your printer is a valid, legitimate ticket.  Keep it in a safe place like you would cash, and protect it just like you would any other ticket! Each ticket printed has a unique barcode and will be scanned when you enter the tournament.

 

Q:  Are my tickets refundable?

A:  All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

 

Q:  What if I print more than one copy of my ticket or a photocopy is made?

A:  Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will allow entry. Keep it in a safe place like you would cash, and protect it just like you would any other ticket! If more than one copy were to arrive, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned. If there is a dispute, event staff will resolve the issue.

 

Q:  What if I cannot print my tickets?

A:  You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher. Make certain your printer is on and the cables are connected to your computer.

  • Make sure your computer has enough memory available; try closing your unnecessary programs
  • Ensure you have enough paper in your printer (1 ticket = 1 piece of paper)

Q:  What if I did not receive my email confirmation?

A:  Please contact us so we can help you with your order - tickets@manulifeclassic.ca or call 519-884-5742. 

 

Q:  What if my tickets are stolen?

A:  Please contact us and we will help you with your order - tickets@manulifeclassic.ca or call 519-884-5742.

 

Q:  If I order multiple tickets on a single order, how many emails will I receive?

A:  For online and phone orders you will receive one (1) email confirmation with a link to print your tickets.

 

Q:  Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?

A:  Children 17 and under are free with a ticketed adult and Yes - a junior ticket is required at no cost.

  • Junior tickets may be acquired online by selecting the junior ticket option. The junior ticket will print as part of the ticket package and will clearly state “Junior Ticket” on the top of the page.   
  • Junior tickets provide grounds access only.  Entry to hospitality areas including Champion's Club, Bear Club, Clubhouse or Skyboxes require the appropriate credential.

 

Q:  How do I arrange for my tickets to be left for me at Will Call?

A:  Only orders purchased online which are unable to be printed at home may be left at Will Call. Please email: tickets@manulifeclassic.ca or call 519-884-5742 for assistance.

 

Q:  What are the hours of Will Call?

A:  7:00am – 5:00pm Wednesday through Sunday of tournament week.

 

Q:  I do not live in the area. Where should I make my lodging reservations?

A:  Information regarding hotel packages will be available soon.
