The overall success of the Manulife LPGA Classic is largely based on the support from our community. We couldn’t do it without the dedicated group of volunteers who devote their time and energy to this event. Join our team and be a part of this great opportunity to get up close to the world’s best golfers on the LPGA Tour!

The fee to volunteer is $85. As a part of this, you will receive a volunteer package valued at over $300. The package fee helps subsidize your cost to volunteer and thereby supports the tournament's endeavours to generate more funds to donate to our charitable partner, St. Mary's General Hospital Foundation. Your volunteer package includes:

  • One (1) high performance adidas golf shirt

  • One (1) tournament hat

  • One (1) volunteer badge providing entrance for the week

  • One (1) parking pass to the designated volunteer parking area in the VIP lot

  • One (1) water bottle

  • Six (6) ‘Any Day’ grounds tickets to share with family and friends

  • One (1) invitation to the volunteer appreciation party

  • Lunch and assorted snacks while volunteering on scheduled shifts

  • 2017 commemorative pin




Volunteer Orientation is scheduled for Saturday, May 13 at the Holiday Inn Kitchener (30 Fairway Road S). We kindly ask that all volunteers attend this training day to pick up your volunteer package, attend a general session of valuable information, and meet with the tournament staff, your Committe Chairs, and fellow volunteers. The alternate volunteer uniform pick up will be Saturday, June 3 fom 9am-11am. Volunteers may pick up their package from the Admissions Tent located in the tournament parking lot.



The Manulife LPGA Classic would like to show their appreciation for the many volunteers who dedicate their time and effort to make the tournament a success!

Recruit a new volunteer to be entered to win a special tournament prize pack!

Here’s how it works… 

When you recruit a new volunteer, make sure that individual lists your name in the referral box when they register online. For each person you recruit, you will receive one entry into a drawing to win a prize pack with exclusive tournament swag. The top recruiter will receive an additional five entries into the drawing.

*A new volunteer is defined as someone who did not volunteer for the Manulife LPGA Classic in 2016. The individual must include your name in the referral box at the time of registration in order to receive an entry into the drawing.




We ask that all volunteers work at least three (3) - four (4) shifts over the course of the tournament. Each shift is approximately four (4) to six (6) hours. Some shifts may be longer depending on the committee. 




Click here for a complete description of all available committees. Each volunteer is given the opportunity to list three committee preferences. Assignments are granted on a first-come, first-served basis and we try our best to assign everyone to one of their top three choices.
